  6. The Promise of Sleep (Book): I attended the Sleep and Dreams class at Stanford University and the lecturer wrote this book. This guy discovered REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep and has spent over 50 years learning about sleep. Probably worth listening to what he has to say about it ;)
