Using Light Box



  1. Open the App

  2. Set timer for the duration of you exposure session

  3. The brightness should already be at Max level

  4. Keep the device within 1-3 feet of your eyes. You don’t need to stare at it, but the light from it should fall on your open eyes.

  5. Most importantly - CHILL :) (i.e. listen to the radio/ talk on the phone/ read/ exercise/ brush your teeth/ practise mindfulness)
